Whilst many parents and carers volunteer to help out at events, FoSS is led by a committee that is responsible for the overall planning, organisation and management of the group's activities. The committee oversees fundraising initiatives, manages finances, ensures compliance with agreed policies and procedures, coordinates events, and works closely with the school leadership team to identify priorities and opportunities that will benefit the school community.

Committee members are elected annually by FoSS members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is held each October. All parents, carers and supporters of the school are encouraged to attend the AGM, learn more about the work of FoSS, and consider becoming involved, whether as a committee member or a volunteer.
