Compliments, Feedback and Complaints

Compliments and Feedback

It is always wonderful to hear when we have made a positive difference to a child or family. Whether it is recognition of a member of staff, a successful event, or an aspect of school life that you particularly value, we greatly appreciate hearing your feedback and sharing your compliments with our team.

We also welcome constructive suggestions and feedback. We are committed to continuous improvement and recognise that listening to the experiences and views of our families helps us to develop and strengthen what we do.

If you would like to share a compliment, suggestion or feedback, please contact us at:

Working in Partnership with Parents

We are passionate about working in partnership with parents and carers and encourage open, honest and respectful communication. Wherever possible, we ask that concerns are raised with us at an early stage so that we can listen, discuss the issue and work together to find a positive solution.

We are also keen to involve parents in shaping school life through our parent partnership meetings and other opportunities for engagement throughout the year. If you would like to find out more, please visit our parent partnership page.

Complaints

Whilst we always aim to resolve concerns informally and at the earliest opportunity, we recognise that there may be occasions when a formal complaint is necessary.

If you wish to make a complaint, please refer to our Complaints Procedure, which explains the process we follow and the timescales involved. All complaints are taken seriously and will be considered fairly, sensitively and in accordance with the school's published procedure.
